Application Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, authenticating via Google Sign-In, accessing the SHINsational Challenge 2026 platform (the "Platform"), or submitting contest entries, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Application Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• Eligibility: Participation is open to Indonesian citizens and legal residents aged 17 or older holding a valid Indonesian identity card (KTP/KIA/SIM/Passport).
• Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate and verifiable information, including an active Indonesian WhatsApp phone number. Providing false details may result in prize forfeiture.
• Single Account Limit: Each participant may register only one account. Creating multiple synthetic or proxy accounts to bypass entry limits is strictly prohibited.

3. Campaign Rules & Receipt Submission

All submissions must comply with the official Syarat & Ketentuan Resmi:

• Proof of Purchase: Submissions require purchasing at least two (2) units of Nongshim products from eligible retailers during the contest period (October 1 – November 30, 2026).
• Authentic Receipts: One receipt is valid for one submission only. Digital alterations, counterfeit receipts, stolen receipts, or duplicate uploads will result in immediate disqualification.
• Physical Receipt Retention: Winners must retain and present original physical receipts during final verification.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Submit content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
• Submit offensive, unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or racially insensitive (SARA) content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to admin dashboards, APIs, or database records.
• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or scripts that disrupt normal server operation or circumvent rate limits.

5. Intellectual Property & Content License

• Your Content: You retain ownership of your original social media videos and creative works.
• License Grant to Nongshim: By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Nongshim Indonesia and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and broadcast your submission across campaign galleries, promotional channels, and winner reels.
• Platform Assets: All trademarks, logos (including Nongshim and Shin Ramyun brand elements), and UI designs are the exclusive property of Nongshim and its partners.

6. Judging & Prize Conditions

• Winners are chosen by Nongshim Indonesia's judging panel based on Creativity (40%), Brand Relevance (25%), Engagement (20%), and Quality (15%). Decisions are final and binding.
• The grand prize is a 6-day trip to South Korea in January 2027. Winners must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and obtain required visas.
• Prizes are strictly non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and winners agree to document their trip in a "My SHINsational Trip Vlog".

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform utilizes third-party services including Google OAuth 2.0 and integrates links to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You agree to comply with all applicable terms and community guidelines of these third-party platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Nongshim Indonesia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network errors, or third-party service interruptions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of South Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
